Terms of Service

The rules for using PumpkinStencil, our stencils, credits, subscriptions and refunds.

Last updated: 2026-09-30

Using the stencils

All gallery stencils are original designs by PumpkinStencil. You may print and carve them for personal, non-commercial use, including at home, school and community events. You may not resell the stencil files or republish them as your own. Annual plan members may also use stencils they generate for commercial work such as carving services or decorations they sell.

Your uploads

You keep the rights to photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or privacy. We do not provide stencils of copyrighted or trademarked characters, and stencils you make from such images are your responsibility.

Credits

  • 10 credits = 1 AI likeness stencil (each new difficulty or retry counts as a new stencil).
  • Classic mode, bridging, lit preview and PDF / PNG downloads never use credits.
  • New accounts receive 10 free credits (1 AI stencil). Credits from a failed generation are returned automatically.
  • Fair use: up to 50 AI stencils (500 credits) per account per day.

Plans and renewal

  • Annual ($35.99 per year): 6,000 credits (600 AI stencils) added at once, valid for 12 months. Renews yearly until cancelled. We email you 30 days and 7 days before renewal with a one-click cancel link.
  • Monthly ($5.99 per month): 500 credits (50 AI stencils) each month; unused credits do not roll over. Renews monthly until cancelled.
  • Starter pack ($4.99, one-time): 150 credits (15 AI stencils) valid for 12 months.

Cancel anytime from Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of a purchase or renewal if you have used 200 credits or fewer from it. Email support@pumpkinstencil.org from your account email.

Carving safety

Pumpkin carving involves sharp tools. Supervise children, cut away from your hands and use LED lights instead of candles where possible. We are not liable for injuries or damage from carving.
